Native Instruments’ annual offer of a freebie plus £/$/€22 voucher is now live. They’re currently giving away TRK-01 PLAY, two plugins with kick and bass engines.
It’s also worth picking up the voucher too. I usually use these to get a Maschine Expansion for half-price.
There’s a competition two with great prizes, but the odds of winning are tiny.
Just a quick heads-up about ‘LABS’ from Spitfire Audio. Spitfire make some spectacular virtual instrument libraries used by Hollywood film composers and musicians from around the world.
LABS provides FREE plugins from their collection with no catch. Just create an account and download the plugins. Currently there are two plugins available: ‘Soft Piano’ and ‘Strings’. Apparently there are plans to add more to this collection.
This is flippin’ cool. The 512Pixels.net website has published 5K versions of every default macOS wallpaper from Cheetah all the way to the upcoming High Sierra. This look awesome as lock screens on the iPad. Go on, take a look.
